March madness....
No sleep.....no sleep......no sleep! I think I need to invest in some kind of webcam for the barn. Of course then I would stay up all night watching the sheep chew their cud. Might be better than the foolish movies that are on at 3:00 am, though!! It's very hard to shut off my head at times, and tonight was one of those nights. Work "stuff" rattled around in there and then that set off the "lamb worrying alarm" and at that point...why lie there with eyes wide open? May as well get up and check the sheep! Maybe I'll have some lamb photos soon.....

- Ken and I live on a small farm in Center Sandwich, New Hampshire in an area surrounded by lakes and mountains. We have 30 Shetland sheep , 2 llamas...Sam and Tim, 3 dogs, 40+ chickens and an assortment of ducks, geese and guinea hens. Life is sometimes hectic, but always good at Kindred Spirit Farm!
Oh Donna, I feel for you! I don't do well at all when I run short on sleep. At least this year I have two narrow windows during which my ewes could lamb, so no long, drawn-out waiting and watching for me this year.
